Q. When will my order ship?

A. All orders begin processing immediately upon receipt. Items which are in-stock ship within 1-5 business days. You will be notified if an item is not in stock. Same-day or expedited shipping is available upon request.

 
Q. What is the cutoff time to place an air shipment order?
A. Depending on stock and volume, most air, second, or third day shipments can be processed up to 2:30 PM EST. Monday thru Friday.

Q. How do you calculate your Shipping and Handling charges?
A. Our charges are calculated directly from the UPS, Fedex, etc. programs, plus we add a handling charge to support the cost of these systems. UPS and Fedex orders get priority, and getting them out quickly takes extra labor. Also, in most cases, if a shipment is lost or damaged, we issue a credit to the customer and send a replacement. Then we file the claim for you and accept whatever payment is given. Our handling charge helps defer these costs.
 
Q. How do you justify adding a "Handling Charge" to my UPS/Fedex Next Day Shipment?
A. When your "rush" order came in, it went to the head of the line. Our people stopped processing routine orders and took care of your needs. Everything from order entry, picking, packing, and shipping was done on an expedited basis. The charges from Fedex, UPS Next Day, etc. only pay for expediting a shipment once it leaves Jacknob. The "Handling Charge" pays part of the cost of the extra work that Jacknob does to get your order out the door. See paragraph above.
